The staff were all very kind and courteous. Although I had to make several changes to my reservation, they responded very quickly and politely. I arrived much earlier than the check-in time, but they provided breakfast while I waited for the room to be ready, and sent me an email to notify me once the room was prepared. The customer service was meticulous and attentive. The hotel is a bit old, so there were occasional issues like the water not running or the electricity cutting off, but everything was impeccably clean. I would love to stay here again.

I recently spent a week at Atlantis Hotel in Zakynthos, and I can’t recommend it highly enough! The staff was incredibly friendly and attentive, making us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. The hotel itself is beautiful, clean, and well-maintained, which added to our overall experience. Breakfast each morning was plentiful and delicious, with a great variety of options to choose from. The location was perfect for exploring the island, and I appreciated how peaceful it was. Overall, I had a fantastic stay and would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Zakynthos!

The rooms are modern and clean. The swimming pool is very nice, lots of sunbeds and very clean taking in consideration there are more young people. The staff is paying attention to every detail. Nice breakfast.

The hotel was relatively good and nice. We had breakfast, it was very good every day, the location is also good. The hotel is located 10 minutes from the busy laganas road, the beach is also close, 15 minutes on foot. Overall, the hotel has a very good impression. It is a smaller hotel suitable mainly for young people, as well as older people, but beware! I do not recommend with children. The music played every day until morning, on the third floor you could hear it through the closed windows as if you were right in the bar. If you want to be in a busy area and want to have fun, then this hotel will be for you

The Zante Atlantis Hotel is definitely a great place to stay in Zakynthos. The staff was very nice and kind, always ready to help with anything. The room was clean and large enough for the two of us. What I liked the most was the breakfast, it was super delicious with a great variety of food. I was also pleasantly surprised when we received a welcome drink from the bartender and a wine from the cleaning staff. Thank you, Zante Atlantis, for doing a great job. :)

My stay at Zante Atlantis was very pleasant and I would definitely come back. Everything was very clean and although I arrived early, they managed to have my room ready before checkin-time. The staff was super friendly and attentive (especially Makis from the reception and Bill from the Bar). I stayed there during low season and its location is very close to the airport (15 minutes by car).

The property is very clean and organised staff are lovely, it is so good that you don’t want to go to the beach. They have some happy hour with nice drinks. So cool
